Metra Access Terminal (MAT)
Metra Access Control Terminals (MAT) are modern, user-friendly access control solutions designed for high-traffic areas such as swimming pools, water parks, and other facilities. They provide a fully integrated solution for entry and exit control points through the use of RFID mediums (RFID wristbands, cards, or key fobs) or barcodes (tickets, etc.). Made from stainless steel, they can manage various types of access barriers from any third-party manufacturer (one-way or two-way access control).
Their implementation can significantly improve revenue and enhance the overall visitor experience, as the technology eliminates queues, prevents unauthorized exits without payment, and reduces the workload on staff and reception.
The “slimmer” MAT version can be used for RFID media or barcodes. The thicker MAT version can be used for entry via RFID medium or barcode or has an embedded Metra WBC to collect Metra RFID wristbands when used at the exit.

Metra Wristband Issuer (WBI)
Metra Wristband Issuer (WBI) enables a self-service issuing of RFID wristbands to your guests. The solution also enables your facility guests to order and pay for entrance online, thus significantly reducing crowded entry hours and offering a user-friendly service to mobile-savvy guests. It can be used as a sole option or in combination with the reception desk (if crowded or reception staff is not present).
Metra WBI can hold up to 260 Metra RFID wristbands and seamlessly integrates with any third-party ticketing or payment system to provide a self-service entrance solution for your smart leisure or sports facility. The Metra WBI is connected with Metra Access Terminals and Metra Wristband Collector (WBC) to provide a frictionless user experience for your guests.

Metra Wristband collector (WBC)
Metra Wristband Collector (WBC) enables reading, approval checking and automatic retrieval of reusable RFID wristbands. It is usually part of the Metra Access Terminal at the exit. WBC is designed to be used in high visitor frequency areas, primarily in sports and leisure facilities, as it significantly improves revenues by lowering costs of unpaid services (i.e. runaway visitors) and costs of stolen, lost or misplaced wristbands and reduces overall reception staff workload. Above all, automatic wristband retrieval improves visitor experience since the technology eliminates exit queues. If cashless payment is used, the user’s RFID wristband is scanned to first check for any unpaid credits, upon which the WBC opens and collects the reusable RFID wristband and allows the visitor to exit.

Metra Door Access Terminal (DAT)
The Metra Door Access Terminal (DAT) with a built-in RFID reader is designed to provide a unified access control point for door access. It controls access to spaces such as saunas, VIP dressing rooms, staff areas, and more, utilizing RFID media such as guest wristbands, employee cards, and similar devices.
The Metra Door Access Terminal Combo (DAT Combo) includes a built-in RFID reader and a keypad, enabling a higher, two-step level of access control. The user must use an RFID medium and enter the correct PIN code to gain access.

Cashless vending & payments
Third-party vending/payment services (software) for your services and products can be seamlessly integrated with the Metra smart access and smart locker solution to provide guests at your facility with a higher level of offered services and products and, more importantly, a higher overall user experience. Guests use their Metra wristbands as cashless debit cards and settle the amount before exiting.
Metra Exit solution ensures the wristbands with unsettled amounts don’t work on the exit access control.
