Football lockers with Metra Smart System

Th new Football Performance Center at the University of Oregon, part of the Autzen Stadium Complex, offers more than 13.000 square meters of space for the student football program and will help Oregon in a recruiting arms race. According to various media, Oregon spent $68 million on the new facility. Their football lockers, powered by the Metra Smart Locker System, is a state-of-the-art installation.

The new football performance center features a brand new high-tech luxury locker room with football lockers for student-athletes and their coaches, incorporating Metra’s touchscreen solution with a custom football-themed GUI. It integrates perfectly into the building concept, latest technology at each player’s fingertips.
The touch screen solution includes Metra Touch Display 10, which players use to unlock their lockers by entering a personal PIN code. The software screens have been graphically aligned to the Oregon Ducks brand for a more personalized look and feel (check the video).

Metra advanced locker management enables remote locker use info and insights and time-saving on- and offboarding of locker users, students and coaches.
