The members of the Royal Golf Club Bled enjoy using smart golf lockers, powered by the Metra Smart Locker System. The club’s King’s Course, with its 18 holes, is the oldest and the largest Slovenian golf course. It is undoubtedly one of the most exhilarating and beautiful places to play golf anywhere in the world.

The Royal Golf Club Bled’s origins date back to 1937 and it is recognized as one of the oldest golf courses in Europe. Many visitors claim it also to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Membership is by invitation only.

The course was originally built at the request of the court of Prince Regent Paul of Yugoslavia’s Karađorđević royal family. Alexander Karađorđević, the former Yugoslavian king, also had his own summer residence in Bled at the end of World War I. Because he adored Bled, this place quickly became recognized among the wealthier inhabitants of Europe, whom Alexander Karađorđević attracted to Bled. After a thorough and careful renovation of the course and its related infrastructure from 2015 to 2017, the name Royal Bled was used at the opening on August 1, 2017, given its history in the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Jelisaveta Karađorđević.

The golf lockers used by the members are equipped with the Metra smart locker system with Metra Display ISOs, which adds to the overall prestigious atmosphere and user-friendly services in the Royal Golf Club Bled premises. Each locker is keyed to an individual golf member card.
