Furthermore, in the IHG office environment, employees frequently collaborate and engage in tasks across multiple floors during the day. As a result, having a fixed desk for each person is not a feasible solution. IHG is committed to fostering a dynamic and versatile workspace that caters to the diverse requirements of its employees.

IHG collaborated with their preferred architect and project management team to finalize the layout, locations, and quantity of lockers needed per floor. After considering various options, they decided on a smart locker solution with the Metra Touch Display 10 and two different locker sizes to accommodate the diverse needs of their employees, including large items like backpacks and smaller ones like keyboards or pocketbooks.
Since IHG employees were already using access badges for building entry, it was crucial to integrate the smart lockers with their existing technology and to extend the same access user experience. The team discovered that the process was surprisingly straightforward. This simplicity made the implementation process fast, efficient, and hassle-free for IHG.
