University of Milano provided its students with smart lockers across its campus, equipped with Metra smart locker system.

Students can self-assign vacant lockers, for short-term use, via Metra Touch Display. They use their student ID cards as personal locker keys. There are multiple locker banks on different locations within the university, giving the students possibility to assign a locker closer to where their lectures are.

Metra locker management software enables university administration to have a real-time info on each locker status and locker use. It also provides easy remote administration of locker users and their locker keys.
